Job Title: Scaffold Builder

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Scaffold Builder to join our team. In this role, you will assemble, dismantle, and transport scaffolding equipment safely and efficiently. You will also assist with loading and unloading materials between job sites, warehouses, and company vehicles.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Move and stage scaffolding materials throughout the work area to support erection and dismantling activities.
  • Assemble and dismantle scaffolding systems in accordance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
  • Follow instructions from the Lead Scaffold Erector or Site Manager and complete additional assigned tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and contribute to our industry-leading safety record.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a safe and productive job site.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Comfortable working at heights of 30 feet or more.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of experience in scaffolding or construction.
  • Valid in-state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic knowledge of scaffolding components and construction practices.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
  • Good time management and productivity.
  • Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of scaffolding systems and industry standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.

Additional Requirements

All candidates must successfully complete:

  • Drug screening
  • E-Verification to confirm eligibility to work in the United States

Working Conditions

  • Extended periods working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Frequent work at elevated heights (30 feet or more).
  • Regular handling of heavy equipment and materials.

Compensation & Benefits

We are a Union contractor. There is an earning potential of up to $41.43 per hour after four years of employment, or depending on experience.
